At LaMel Boutique, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping processes and delivery standards.


Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (EET) are typically dispatched the same day from our facility in Attica, Greece.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on the following orders:

  • Domestic (Greece): Orders over €200

  • International: Orders over €500


Delivery Expectations

  • Transit Times: All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

  • Potential Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that delays may occur due to remote locations, adverse weather conditions, or during peak periods (such as sales, holidays, and promotional events).

  • Sales Period Notice: During high-volume sales periods, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to reach you.

Delivery & Signature Policy

  • Signature Required: For your security, our delivery partners require a signature upon receipt. If you prefer, our partners can accommodate contactless delivery.

  • Responsibility: Please note that we do not provide “named” delivery services. Any individual present at the designated delivery address may sign for your package. LaMel Boutique is not liable for missing orders signed for by others at the provided delivery location (e.g., reception desks or office buildings).

  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: If no one is available to sign for the package, the driver will make three attempts over three consecutive business days. If the package remains unclaimed after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in 100% recyclable, discreet brown boxes with no external indication of the contents. Please note that during sale periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. We do not currently offer or sell gift-wrapping services.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At LaMel Boutique, we are proud to ship our collections worldwide. Please note that for all international shipments originating from Greece, your order is sent on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis.


Important Information Regarding International Orders

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are applied once the shipment reaches your country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Check Your Local Regulations: Customs policies and import charges vary significantly from country to country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

  • Customs Inspections: Please be aware that all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities in accordance with local regulations.

  • Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to our boutique in Attica, the customer will be held responsible for all original shipping costs and any additional return shipping fees incurred.

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of the date you received your order.

  • Return Authorization (RA): All returns require an RA number. Request yours by emailing admin@lamelcouture.store

  • Timeline: Items must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of the RA being issued.

  • Final Sale: Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Process Your Return

  1. Request an RA: Email us at admin@lamelcouture.store. During business hours, these are processed immediately.

  2. Specify: State whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

  3. Ship: Securely pack your items and send them to the address below via an insured, trackable carrier.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At LaMel Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • Packaging: All original packaging must be included. Merchandise returned without its original packaging will not be refunded.

  • Non-Refundable: Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds: Customers will receive a full refund, minus the original shipping costs.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received at our facility, a refund or credit will be processed within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email once the process is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting our items; however, in the rare event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise:

  • Replacements: We will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Return Shipping: We will provide free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Standard Returns

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please note that items returned “Cash on Delivery” (COD) will not be accepted.

At LaMel Boutique, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to over 100 countries from our base in Attica, Greece.


Important International Delivery Information

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import taxes, customs duties, and local fees are not included in the checkout price.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to verify potential charges before placing your order, as policies vary significantly by country.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to you, the customer, once we hand your package over to our delivery carrier.

  • Customs Inspections: Please be aware that all cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities in accordance with local regulations.

  • Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to our facility, the customer will be held responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
