At LaMel Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of placing your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following requirements:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Packaging: Please wrap and package your return carefully so that the original packaging is not damaged. Do not tape or paste anything directly onto the product’s original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, have broken seals, or are missing tags. This includes items such as intimate apparel, hair accessories, and any items where the protective hygiene liner has been removed.
How to Initiate Your Return
Register Your Return: Contact our team at admin@lamelcouture.store to register your return.
Package Your Items: Securely pack the products in appropriate shipping materials.
Documentation (Non-EU Returns): If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please fill out the commercial invoice and attach it to the outside of the parcel for customs clearance.
Shipping: * If a prepaid return label was provided, please drop off the package with the designated courier.
